Interviewing immediately for Customer Service Reps to join a stable, busy company that provides excellent benefits!

Our client in Charlotte, NC is growing their Customer Service team significantly this year to gear up for a very busy and exciting 2021 season and beyond! We are actively interviewing to fill 16 additional spots to ensure their customers receive top tier support! If you like working with customers on the phone, assisting with their account set up (no sales), are comfortable resolving issues when they arise, and enjoy learning new areas of the business please keep reading – this is a great place to launch your career from the ground up!

If you have experience in the Hospitality/Restaurant or Retail industry and would like a regular work schedule that does NOT include working all the major holidays that most retailers demand – We have an excellent opportunity to share with you!

We are holding interviews Monday - Friday on ZOOM | Skype | TEAMS from 11 am – 7:30 pm

  • Positive, friendly demeanor and phone presence
  • 6 months or more experience in a service-related industry such as customer service, retail, substitute teacher, vet hospital, dispatch, fast food, cashier, bank teller, new to the job market -  etc!
  • Patience, empathy, willingness, and the ability to learn in a virtual training environment
  • Passion to provide customer support
  • Entry-level knowledge in MS Word, typing, and unafraid to learn new programs specific to the client
