Reach out and prospect existing clients to generate and qualify additional opportunities.
Meet a monthly minimum goal of 20 qualified opportunities.
Make an average of 75 warm exploration calls per day.
Clearly articulate product advantages and qualify customers when there is a match.
Understand the license structure of the client and work toward growth and expansion with the company where applicable.
Facilitate solutions for client opportunities efficiently and accurately. Arrange overviews and presentations utilizing technical resources.
Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions in order to address client questions accurately.
Maintain accurate notes and records in Salesforce and other internal systems.
Connect with senior decision makers and talk to team members of all levels within an organization.
Maintain a working knowledge of processes associated with internal software programs in additional to the following:
Represent company brand in client meetings, discussions, and conferences.
**This is currently a virtual position due to the COVID-19 pandemic; as the situation evolves, this may change to an in-person, office-based position in Morrisville, NC or become a hybrid remote and in-office role.**
Experience and Education/Skills
College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
1-3 years of inside sales experience or experience with cold calling preferred.
Proven ability to establish rapport quickly and provide value with every client interaction.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other social sales tools.
