Clinical Analyst Meditech
The Clinical Analyst troubleshoots, analyzes, develops, and maintains MEDITECH’s clinical applications and procedures.
The successful candidate analyzes and assists in developing design work, including testing and documentation. Reviews, evaluates and implements requests from end users.
The Clinical Analyst also provides in-service and assists with continuing education of software to users.
Analyzes problems, determines cause and initiates corrective action as needed.
Develops clear and concise documentation, instruction manuals.
Maintains a high level of interaction with all clinical areas to continually enhance and improve patient care.
Shares on-call duties with other staff within Information Systems department.
Coordinates and participates in both internal and external user group meetings as needed.
Demonstrates knowledge of and supports hospital mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, clinical application software is required.
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in MEDITECH Applications.
