Direct Hire, On-Site, ATL Area, Assisted Relocation Required
The VP of Enterprise EMR Implementation will be responsible leading client implementation, support and training initiatives enterprise-wide and for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This high visibility, high accountability role requires extensive cross-functional consensus building skills working in concert with multiple, disparate product and engineering teams, sales teams representing disparate products and with corporate marketing teams in order ensure that offering and services are rolled out at highest levels of efficiency and with the most beneficial user experience. Working cross-functionally with executive leadership teams, the VP of Implementation will also help prioritize product business and clinical requirements across all product lines utilizing collective effort of the Client Services Teams' customer facing work and relying heavily on prior professional experience. To be clear this role will sit on-site in GA, not TX.
Direct departmental leadership of client implementations, technical support & user training functions enterprise-wide
Working concert with product leadership, contribute to the definition and prioritization of new product features
Reduce costs of client service while actively identifying new cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across all business lines
Direct the utilization of implementation teams to secure the highest degree of team profitability
Prioritize scheduling to serve the priorities of the business while maintaining a healthy backlog
Assume direct and independent responsibility for a wide variety of projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Skill & Experience Requirements:
Master's Degree, Business, MIS, IT or related technical disciple +
Advanced degrees healthcare & experience as a practitioner of medicine preferred
10-15+ years’ experience leading enterprise healthcare technology software implementation
Extensive, demonstrable record of successful go-lives as measured by client success
Deep knowledge and experience Net Promoter Score customer satisfaction models
Advanced proficiency in knowledge management development for client self-service support capabilities
Specific experience with integration & interoperability with disparate health information systems and vendor
Innate ability to capture business functional requirements & translate them into software requirements as customization & configuration requirements
Previous experience overseeing call center support operations and agent utilization
Ability to meaningfully communicate highly technical and complex concepts/ideas
