Dispatcher Compensation

• The pay for this position is $19.72 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Dispatcher Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this role includes
  • Thursday to Monday 10pm-6:30am
  • Friday to Monday 9pm-7:45am
  • Monday to Friday 11pm-7:30am
  • Monday to Friday 11:30pm-8am
  • Potential to WFH after training period

Dispatcher Responsibilities

• Responding to emergency calls from retail stores ad dispatching the appropriate response team
• Ensures that all information contained in security reports or investigations are kept confidential
• Think and act quickly, calmly, and accurately in emergency situations and under stressful circumstances

Dispatcher Requirements

• Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively interact with management and local emergency response
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Demonstrate ability to work with an Alarm Coordinator high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate ability to maintain information in the strictest confidence.
• Experience providing customer service, preferably over the telephone, with proven ability to be sensitive to each request and apply strict confidentiality
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Dispatcher Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer experience in police, fire, rescue, 911 Dispatch and alarm monitoring, but not required
• Prefer knowledge of DICE Matrix software OR experience in any other Alarm monitoring software (Bold, Mastermind, Patriot Systems, Microkey, Surgard), but not required
