Insurance Customer Service Representatives Job Duties:
- Ability to be productive in a high volume call center environment.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Quick learner, able to adapt to new data bases and software quickly
- Medical Insurance billing, coding and processing.
- Data Entry of new supply orders
- Strong organizational skills
- Other duties may be assigned.
Insurance Customer Service Representatives Job Requirements:
- DME experience or Brightree software required!
- Work in high volume call environment, attention to detail, take initiative, team player
- Must be able to work independently and in cooperation with other employees.
- Highly organized
- Able to multi-task
- Experience in insurance verification, billing!
Medical Customer Care Representatives Hours:
Business Hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
