New HireZ Solutions is looking for a part-time (30 hours a week with a potential for FULL-TIME) EXPERIENCED RETAIL SALES PROFESSIONAL to work at a high end luxury brand boutique in the US (home base in Florence, Italy) located in Hinsdale, IL (western suburb of Chicago).
A family-owned, luxury Italian boutique for men and women, specializing in leather jackets, shearling coats, handbags, briefcases, wallets, belts, scarves, and more.
We are looking for an experienced, friendly, energetic, retail sales professional who enjoys working with people in a high-end, customer centric environment.
Currently 30 hours a week; 5-7 hour shifts available weekdays and occasional Saturdays. This position can evolve into a full-time position within a few months. Hours: 10am - 6pm, Monday – Friday and occasional Saturdays
-Takes a consultative selling approach to build long-term customer relationships
-Radiates energy, enthusiasm, and the ambition to flourish in a small boutique environment
-Exhibits professional communication and interpersonal skills with clients
-Designs creative and dynamic window and in store displays
-Leads marketing activities including social media outreach, local events, trunk shows, and customer loyalty program
-Manages day to day operations and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the store front and back room
-Candidates must be hard working, energetic, flexible, self-directed, and have outstanding people skills.
-Must be a reliable and committed individual
-Retail experience a must, preferably with a luxury brand, department store or boutique
-Must have flexible work schedule as well as a willingness to work some holidays
