Responsibilities of the Project Accountant include:

• Perform set-up and maintenance of job, subcontractors, and client accounts in the system
• Process review, track, reconcile, and complete GL postings of job billings and draws
• Maintain communications with project managers, vendors/subs to manage transactions, issue resolutions, and draws
• Ensure proper coding of all invoices to assigned jobs
• Job cost tracking, analysis, reporting, and collection of lien waivers
• Forecasting/budgeting job profitability for projects in progress
• Additional ad hoc duties as it relates to general accounting
