EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years of customer service related experience and/or training in the hotel or hospitality industry preferred. Certification in first aid and CPR desired within 90 days of hire.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the hospital. Bi-lingual a plus.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, the employee must have a basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with internet operations.

Work extended hours as necessary including nights, weekends and holidays.
Professionally interact with diverse groups of people in high pressure situations.
Communicate clearly and effectively via various mediums, including but not limited to writing, e-mail, phone, and radio.
Able to respond quickly, courteously, and efficiently to any visitor request or concern.
Maintain a professional and inviting appearance.
