Responsibilities for this entry-level CSR Customer Service Sales Representative position:
Develop and enhance your sales and marketing skills
Use our sales systems to increase sales
Keep customer accounts up-to-date
Keep yourself up-to-date on what our client’s offer their customers
Have knowledge of our clients competitors and be able to differentiate
