Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet new customers
• Follow up with existing customers to improve retention
• Assist new customers with enrollment
• Educate customers on new program options to improve their services
• Conduct formal presentations to prospective customers
• Management of retail tech departments

REQUIREMENTS:

·       2-4 year degree or relevant experience

·       If no College degree MUST be passionate and self-motivating
