Our Dayton, OH client is seeking an entry level Receptionist with a friendly demeanor and a professional image to join their corporate office.

This is position will be responsible for to front desk duties like greeting visitors, answering phones etc., as well as supporting management with producing documents and other administrative tasks.

Requirements of the Receptionist

  • 1-5 years administrative experience
  • Degree preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Professional appearance 

Additional Details:

Compensation: $15.00-17.00/hr

Responsibilities of the Receptionist

  • Answering phones and transferring calls to appropriate team member
  • Sorting mail and coordinating pick ups
  • Greeting visitors
  • Other administrative duties as needed
