Job Description

We are in search of an experienced Temporary HR/Recruiter Assistant  

The Recruiter's Assistant  will be responsible for various sourcing, recruiting, coordinating and staffing duties, including but not limited to:

  • Sourcing candidates and reviewing resumes and email recruiter only those that are a good fit for the job opening
  • Conducting phone screens after the Recruiter reviews resume and scheduling candidates in Outlook
  • Maintain employee applications and background information in order
  • Responsible for building a pipeline of qualified leadership talent for current and future roles


  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 2+ years of Staffing a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, and (Access is a plus)

Job Requirements


  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize required
  • Exhibit strong verbal communications skills
  • Create staffing database and build long-term relationships with new candidates
  • Compile reports from applicants and enter into a database
  • Liaise between Recruiter and HR Manager
