Customer Service Representative Duties
As a Plugd Customer Service Representative, you will spend 2-4 weeks training as a part of the marketing team, gaining invaluable experience of what makes a PLUGD campaign. Alongside developing skills within storytelling, customer interaction and acquisition, and a level of adaptability by working on multiple campaigns, our Experts in Training also get to spend time with the team they’ll be learning to manage, fostering a relationship and a level of empathy that will allow them to be a successful PLUGD leader!
Some of the main duties involved include;
- Setting up and managing pop-up events
- Conducting presentations and promoting our client’s products and services in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Building relationships
- Basic administration/data reporting
- Completing sales transactions

Customer Service Representative Training
Experience in customer service or promotions would be an advantage, however not a requirement as we will provide first-class product and sales training through one on one coaching sessions with our highly skilled team of as well as client and In-house workshops, business seminars and weekly development meetings.
