Call Center - Set your own hours

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
