Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.


Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
