
Summary/Objective
The Maintenance and Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the clean and neat appearance of assigned areas, focusing on the exterior of the property and its grounds. In addition, team member is responsible to document any violations of the community rules and guidelines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Non-exempt (hourly) position. Days and hours of work are determined by the property. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.
