  • Demonstrated history of success in a B2B hunter/acquisition sales role

  • Strong aptitude for technology, ability to demonstrate conduct effective product demonstrations
  • Background in selling solutions to the Manufacturing Industry preferred
  • Ability to travel in a multi-state territory 60% of the month

Account Executive - Manufacturing

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for growing new sales in an assigned geographic territory. As an individual contributor, the AE will prospect for new clients, schedule appointments, understand their needs, and propose a solution. The AE will lead sales meetings, conduct demonstrations, build proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.


What you'll do:

  • Drive, grow and deliver the sales revenues for the company
  • Grow and manage the sales pipeline and 12 month rolling sales forecast to meet or exceed the sales objectives
  • Ensure accurate reporting in CRM for pipeline and forecasting
  • Manage time and territory, completing face-to-face meetings across a large multi-state territory
  • Prospect, investigate, and break in to new accounts 
  • Develop and nurture connections within your region across Operations, Health & Safety, Quality & Food Safety, and Human Resource communities
  • Continue to develop and grow strategic accounts providing a predictable revenue source and larger contract value
