Excellent sales opportunity

Automation Personnel Services is growing, and we are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented Sales Representative for our Baton Rouge, LA Branch. You will be responsible for generating new business through outside sales activities including cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning, and client relationship building. You will be given a high degree of autonomy, so a proven track record as a self-starter with experience as a seasoned sales professional is vital.

Requirements include:

       3+ years documented success in sales

       Staffing industry experience is a plus

       Demonstrated skills in prospecting and generating new business

       Excellent closing skills

       Strong sales presentation and consultative selling skills

       Effective rapport and relationship building skills

       Ability to take initiative and manage time efficiently

Compensation/Benefits include:

Base salary DOE

       Commissions
