Our client is a global CPG food company and a leader in the fast growing plant-based food category. They manufacture global brands that are enjoyed by consumers every day. As a result of some recent changes they have a current opportunity at their flagship operations. They have asked us to identify a top performer to step into the role of Manufacturing Manager/DIRECTOR at the site. This person will lead all manufacturing activities at the plant to achieve desired financial and customer service objectives. This position is a member of the Plant Leadership Team and reports to the Site Director. Over the next few years this person will be involved in replacing aged assets, improving capacity, capability and maintenance costs in the sight. This person will also be a leader on site for Continuous Improvement Strategies to achieve results. This opportunity will be based in the greater Kansas City, MO area. Our client is looking for a candidate who has potential to move to the next level since there business is growing. 

Ø  Multiple years of experience in manufacturing environment, ideally Food Processing or Consumer Packaged Goods

Ø  Multiple years of experience in a leadership role

Ø  Solid understanding of continuous improvement methods
