Job Duties

This position will be responsible for helping onboard new clients, supporting existing clients and maintaining healthy client relationships. Our clients will rely on you and your team to coordinate and manage all aspects of launching new marketing campaigns that promote their brand, ultimately expanding their markets and increasing financial backing. They will rely on you as an ambassador, proudly representing their mission, products and services. As you garner new support for our clients, they are able to grow, which positions you for career growth as well!

Basic Responsibilities

  • Sustaining our current customer base through maintenance and subscription renewals and prioritizing responses to their ongoing needs
  • Generating new customers through effective customer interactions at daily marketing and promotional events
  • Creating and delivering compelling content and consistently following through on sales & customer service
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing team to understand and improve the execution of campaigns
  • Collaborating in the planning and execution of company marketing and sales initiatives – providing input from market engagement with prospective customers
  • Supporting marketing and sales efforts with industry events, exhibits, or other sales-based events
  • Participating in daily team training sessions, developing new systems, tools, and communication techniques to better serve clients
