This is a fantastic opportunity to join a marketing firm. We are currently looking to recruit a career-driven professional to work on our client's biggest retention projects to date. In this role you will contribute to the growth of net income by taking responsibility for campaign coordination activity for retention, ensuring all commissioned activity is carried out on time, within budgets, and to agreed standards.
The role will involve the following duties:
To be responsible for the day-to-day running of retention campaigns through Marketing and other appropriate channels to achieve sign-ups.
Use creative approaches to interact with customers via face to face marketing to maximize campaign outcome and produce high-level retention through customer sign-ups.
Working against time frames, deadlines, and budgets, you will monitor and track your own progress in order to achieve the agreed objectives set by our clients.
Provides information for budget setting and monthly forecasting.
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Knowledge of key marketing principles and techniques, including any direct marketing and face to face customer service experience.
Understanding of the use and potential of CRM databases, including the principles of direct marketing.
Experience of direct marketing to individuals, this can be in customer service, promotions, advertising, retail, events, sales, estate agency, recruitment.
Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent English, verbal, and written.
Excited and enthusiastic, self-starter.
A key team player.
We would prefer some experience working in a customer based environment, however, no necessary experience is required as the successful candidate will be enrolled in our industry training program, where we will provide you with the tools and ongoing support for you to achieve success with us.
