Job Description

We are seeking a unique person who is a  "jack of all trades" that  thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys variety in their day.  This person can't be afraid to tackle any task, must love to learn, believe in serving others and best of all... loves being around dogs.  The ideal candidate will not feel any job is beneath or above them as our Personal Assistant will be called upon to anything from personal errands, to helping with major business projects.  

Some responsibilities might or might not include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Assist managing schedule and organizing meetings
  • Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Walking the dogs
  • Organizing events, trainings and conferences
  • Reminding team members of important tasks and deadlines
  • Grabbing coffee, lunch or breakfast
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure compliance with legislation and regulations) or conducting research
  • Helping with social media presence
  • Working knowledge of ADOBE helpful

Job Requirements

  • Experience in a professional office environment
  • MS Office
  • Available to for the office on-call rotation
