Associate's degree or equivalent, plus 2+ years of related work experience. Time management, strong attention to detail, excellent writing and verbal communication skills, problem solving, advanced decision making, reasoning, consultative, and organizational skills required. Ability to multi-task and operate with sense of urgency in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Strong customer service, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to interact with all levels of personnel within the company. Proficiency with key MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong proficiency with Outlook (e.g., scheduling) required. Previous experience in a recruiting support role a plus. Previous experience with recruiting technologies such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and video interviewing platforms (e.g., Modern Hire) a plus.
Deliver a full range of customer service, front desk operations, and administrative services to the HR Talent Acquisition department to include: • Assist recruiters and hiring leaders with the recruitment process. Schedule interviews with internal and external candidates, coordinate travel and hotel arrangements, create interview itineraries, and ensure an overall quality candidate/leader/recruiter hiring experience. Ensure candidate tracking is up to date. Maintain positive, open communication with assigned hiring managers and recruiters to ensure timeliness of task completion. • Responsible for analyzing and interpreting the results of corporate background checks in accordance with company guidelines. Provide consultative services to recruiters as appropriate outcome is determined. • Support coordination of weekly New Employee Corporate Orientation. Generate, manipulate and distribute reports according to specified guidelines. Administer new employee on-boarding procedures for corporate and field hires ensuring completion of I-9 form in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Consult with Legal, Security, Parking, Pay and Compliance on individual guidelines, policies and legal requirements. • Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.
