MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN HONOLULU !!!

We are looking for a full-time Lead Customer Service Agent to help fill a position within our Operations department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently handling various responsibilities with competing priorities as well as excellent customer service abilities.

 

Shift Schedule: 6am – 2:30pm (Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday)

Weekends, overtime and holidays required.

 

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

+Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers

+Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service

+Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines

+Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

+Negotiate vendor rates to maximize profits

+Prepare reports on account status

+Investigate, analyze, and researched customer complaints; offer quick resolutions resulting in customers' satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

+Proven work experience as an Lead, Account Manager, Customer Service Lead or relevant role

Logistics exp.

+ Computer skills including e-mail, web browsing, outlook, excel and word.
