The Senior Salesforce Administrator (SSA) will be a Salesforce enthusiast that will provide end-user support and manage Salesforce at Unified Women’s Healthcare.  The Senior Salesforce Specialist will collaborate with the Director of Business Systems and other Salesforce Specialist to deploy and maintain Salesforce Service, Sales, Community platforms as it is enhanced to support the sales and operational functions of our growing business.  

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will need to be a team-player and a self-starter, while upholding the values of the organization. The SSA will support a multi-location, single instance of SFDC, supporting plug-in applications and developing new ones to meet evolving needs of a growing healthcare management company. The primary responsibilities of the role are to manage the Salesforce production and sandbox environments, including configuration, testing new software releases, implementing changes to views, profiles, workflows, and security settings, developing and testing reports, and managing user accounts. The SSA works with key representatives from company leadership, Sales, IT and operations across Unified markets affiliates to support, document and improve processes as it relates to the optimization of Salesforce.com. They will also interface with Business Systems Operations Specialist and Salesforce support as well as consultants as needed.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Create and manage complex workflow automation
  • Implementation of business solutions, reporting, and workflows with Service, Community and Sales products
  • Thought leadership in best practice and use of Salesforce tools and services
  • Data management and reporting
  • Work with engineers and developers translating Salesforce integration points
  • Supports Salesforce APIs and data exchanges with Salesforce from other third-party applications
  • Managing support requests and various user needs
  • Managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, processes, and flows
  • Creating and managing reports and dashboards
  • Managing assignment rules and queues
  • Creating and modifying list views
  • Configure and modify 3rd party application integrations
  • Continuously adhering to organizational and security policies

Requirements:

  • 6+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar role
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Advanced experience working with Salesforce Community, Sales and Service Cloud products
  • Ability to analyze and deconstruct work processes into discrete functional units
  • Ability to dynamically manage and prioritize both short- and long-term projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to create and execute software testing and release process
  • Creative problem solving

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare industry and/or start-up operations experience
  • Experience working with Apex, SQL, JSON
  • Experience supervising the work of others
  • Project Management experience or management of an IT application (package or custom)
  • Familiarity with formal Change Management processes
  • Deploying changes to sandbox/production environments
  • Programming
  • Use of project management system and/or processes (TaskRay a plus)
  • Experience in relevant application database design, development, implementation, test and documentation
  • Managing data – (e.g., data cleansing and de-duping)
  • Data migrations
