Talis Group’s client is a team of independent consultants who work in partnership with their clients to efficiently implement and handle waste management and recycling programs. They are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support office with reporting, presentations, scheduling and more. This position is full time, 40 hours/week.
Assist sales department with sales reporting, presentations and scheduling.
Interact with customers and vendors regarding scheduling their business needs and troubleshooting.
Support operations/ accounting with invoice reporting.
Assist with secretarial duties such as drafting correspondence, data entry in Excel and answering phones.
Must have previous administrative support experience, preferably for a professional services company.
Must have strong skills in Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Accuracy and organization is very important in this role, must be able to stay focused.
Customer Service mentality; position will require constant customer contact.
Professional References and Assessments will be required during the interview process.
Criminal background check required.
