Busy corporate office is looking for an experienced administrative assistant to support several departments; including purchasing, HR and sales.
This position can be fast paced at times and does require someone to multi-task.
Working with Excel spreadsheets, knowledge of formulas a plus
Using Word to create and edit documents
Using Outlook for email and appointments
Speaking with customers to arrange appointments and resolve any issues
Assisting with presentations
Assisting with meeting/event planning
Must have your own transportation
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to successfully pass drug and background screening
