Job Summary

The Marketing Director is primarily responsible for working with the executive team to build and oversee the brand strategy and marketing execution of the company. This position will strategize and implement all necessary processes and procedures for all marketing, promotions, social and digital media initiatives. This position requires the ability to take initiative to identify industry trends and optimize the company’s ability to increase its visibility and stay relevant in an effort to retain existing customers, re-engage lapsed customers and to acquire new customers. Furthermore, this role will develop the branding and marketing strategies for the new ventures in the Cannabis Industry and help the company rebrand to a top of the line, premier cannabis brand.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ongoing marketing and digital strategy as well as all product promotions; evaluating ROI and efficacy of campaigns.
  • Evaluate the industry and identify opportunities for the company to gain market share and improve sales.
  • Create and manage all digital and social media strategy campaigns and content.
  • Responsible for complete rebrand and relaunch of company’s new brand identity.
  • Work across all retail stores to ensure merchandising aligns with sales and marketing strategy.
  • Experience creating educational YouTube videos and content.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Must be innovative with long term vision and drive and can perform well under pressure.
