Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have a heart for seniors, be passionate about serving others, and have the ability to think on their feet.
Our Human Resources Manager must have the skills and strengths in building a strong team and supporting a large number of employees. The right candidate will be able to successfully run our Human Resources department as well as have a hand in the strategic development of the company. Must be eager to work in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment. Must have at least 4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, and a proven track record of success.
The right candidate will be a jack-of-all trades when it comes to HR: mastered workers compensation and unemployment claims processes, be responsible for ensuring the recruitment of qualified CAREGivers available in the market, participate in and conduct disciplinary action, maintain necessary data and reports to show trends and progress towards HR goals, design and implement retention/recruitment policies, processes and programs for CAREGivers and office staff, design, gain approval, and implement policy changes, act as consultant for other departments with projects as assigned, accept other duties and projects based on business need.
