While many big companies have moved away from personal relationships with their customers as technology has made it cheaper to keep in contact through email and phone calls, we work with a team of dynamic professionals to provide our clients’ customers with a personalized service.

Job Requirements

  • Great team player

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Good listening skills – we pride ourselves on our ability to really listen to what the customer wants and needs

  • Motivated and driven

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Excellent observational skills – reading clients’ body language to spot if they are disengaging is a useful skill

  • Friendly, outgoing personality

  • Ability to work by oneself

  • Good attention to detail

  • Smart and presentable appearance

  • Good knowledge of equality and diversity

  • Bilingual not essential but welcomed

Educational Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • A college degree in psychology, sociology, marketing, business, or communication is not essential but desirable

Previous Experience

  • No previous experience in sales is necessary as we provide you with a full on-the-job training program, although any previous experience in sales or marketing is welcomed

Job Responsibilities

  • Keep track of sales through regular sales reports

  • Respond to queries from clients and customers

  • Attend regular team meetings

  • Attend client meetings to discuss strategies for sales and marketing

  • Travel to various marketing events

  • Establish and maintain customer bases for clients

  • Acquire a good knowledge of the brand and product to better promote them
