Engineer- Electrical/Mechanical

Long term company looking to add Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to their team for contract to hire position.  They are a repair/service client and are in a growth mode.

Engineer will offer technical support to the repair division and perform design changes to Motors ranging from 1HP through to 25,000HP+ and 13,800v.  Will work with AC, DC, Synchronous, Induction, Vertical and Horizontal motors.  

Individual will offer practical application of engineering to improve design, horsepower output, voltage changes, motor operating speed, bearing design changes and general technical guidance.  

Bachelors degree in Motor of Power engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

3-5 years of engineering experience in servicing industrial equipment.

Work in an EASA motor shop preferred

Electric motor experience a must have.  Related experience with pumps,, gearboxes, generators or other rotating or electrical equipment may fit.

Will train the right person with the right background and experience!
