AppStar Financial, a leader in payment solutions to small businesses, is seeking to disrupt the industry with a fresh, innovative approach that genuinely provides business solutions to merchants. We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Representative and a Solutions Specialist (Account Executive). These roles will be critical to our internal growth and market penetration strategies.

BDR's and Solutions Specialists are responsible for developing and closing new business in an inside capacity. We need sharp, focused, and goal-oriented people to call small to medium sized businesses to provide an array of transaction processing services. This is an exciting technological industry at an amazing time. AppStar is scaling rapidly and eager to find the candidates that can grow with us and join our vision for success.



·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

·         2+ years sales experience (B2B preferred)

·         Inside Sales/short sale cycle experience preferred

·         High energy with a rock star attitude


Compensation Package:
