Due to the growth of the agency - we are seeking to hire a HR Office Clerk to our Dublin team.

If so, our position is the perfect fit for you!

The position is full-time – Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM located in Dublin OH area.

As a HR Office Clerk, Duties Include but not limited to:

 Filing all paperwork/documentation into the correct employee’s file

 Moving, making room sorting files as needed - assisting Medical Records

 Help with processing new hire employee files

 Help with processing employee terminations

 Help with processing documentation for payroll

 May help complete agency new hire reporting

 May help complete state notifications for HHA hiring

 Orientation set-up – compiling orientation packets

 Helps to update I-9 Binder weekly

 Distribute paperwork throughout the building as needed

 Assists Human Resources Department with varied daily tasks

 Clerical duties as assigned including typing, filing, and faxing

Requirements Include:

 Previous experience tracking credentials with reporting mechanism with supervision a plus

 Secretarial experience with typing ability, filing, telephone courtesy and knowledge of business equipment

 Must have telephonic communications available at all times during the work day

 Must have above average computer skills

 Ability to organize and arrange credentialing data in accordance with specific needs

 Ability to communicate with various levels of personnel

 Ability to multi-task

 Ability to work well independently
