Monday - Friday, 8AM -5PM, one hour lunch


Summary
Member of the Administrative team that will ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, participate in daily data entry Payroll processing. Our payroll involves hourly and Commissioned employees. It involves working all Monday Holidays and could includes some Sunday work. It requires backfilling all administrative roles to include cashiering and receptionist. The cashiering role requires the ability to lift 25lbs. A positive and professional demeanor is necessary as well as the ability to work independently and as a team player.

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Perform daily payroll department operations
? Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
? Reconcile payroll prior to transmission deadline and validate confirmed reports
? Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
? Process manual checks as required
? Manage payroll and reports according to Control & Compliance Guidelines

Qualifications:
? High School Diploma/GED.
? Working knowledge of Kronos.
? SAP for payroll and SKI preferred
? 4-6 years of experience processing payroll.
? Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
? Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel .
? Strong work ethic and team player.
? High degree of professionalism.
? Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
? Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
? Ability to communicate with various levels of management.
? Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
? Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
