We Are The 216 is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative!

Due to the current circumstances taking place around the world, we understand many individuals have been laid off, had their position eliminated, or took severe hour cuts leading to unemployment. We knew we needed to adjust our business practices in order to continue operations, and since, We Are The 216 has created new opportunities for individuals of all backgrounds! We are actively hiring those who enjoy working with others, excellent communicators, or are simply looking for a new and exciting career change.

We encourage applicants with the following backgrounds to apply: Customer service, customer relationship management (CRM), hospitality, sales, and public relations.

Hours: Full-time preferred

Start Date: As soon as possible (Negotiable)

Location: Cleveland, OH

Qualities of a Successful Customer Service Representative include:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Thrives in a team environment, while greatly excelling in individual projects

  • Can meet tight deadlines as well as handle multiple tasks

  • Outstanding work ethic and people skills

  • Prior customer service experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills


  • Communicate with clients/consumers and resolve issues as needed

  • Provide customer support and care to all existing and potential leads

  • Handle all inquiries and have excellent knowledge of the brand

  • Product and brand knowledge

  • Maintain all consumer information through a CRM system

  • Coordinate and execute live events in new areas/markets

  • Strengthen relationships with current consumers, as well as assist with new acquisitions

  • Assist with other duties as directed
