Residential Case Mgr: 9am – 5pm Monday-Thursday, 7am-3pm Friday (Various days, including weekends and holidays as needed)
The primary focus of the Residential Case Manager is to assist consumers by facilitating linkage to mental health, medical, social, financial, educational, and other support services. The candidate in this position will identify and provide appropriate treatment interventions to help consumers integrate effectively into community living. Some of the responsibilities include developing treatment goals with consumers, attending treatment team meetings, advocating on behalf of consumers with outside agencies and medical personnel, medication monitoring, and other duties as assigned. The candidate must have strong written, organizational and communication skills and know how to multitask efficiently. This is a fast paced environment and requires a person to be able to work well under pressure. Computer literacy and a good driving record is a must.
BA/BS in Social Services, Human Services or Psychology. Prior experience with Mental Health consumers preferred.
