Entry Level Representative - 0-3 Years Experience

We're seeking upbeat, outgoing candidates who are also ambitious by nature to grow within our entrepreneurial firm. Our entry-level sales representatives provide direct contact and support to our client's customers in the telecommunication and wireless industry. Our ideal candidate is entry-level and has anywhere from 0-5 years of work experience. This is a position that will teach entry-level individuals to leverage their skills and experience to grow within our firm.
The Entry-Level Sales position includes:
- Working with a fun and lively management team
- Working with clients via business to consumer
- Managing a lead list of customers and updating customer data into our CRM
- Working in and out of the office daily
- Setting up appointments to meet customers in person
- Learning about our client's products and services that we will promote
Once through training, Entry-Level Sales Reps will be trained to assist with:
- Team management
- Sales management
- HR and Administrative duties
What qualifications are we looking for you ask?
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree, but if you are a star candidate we're open to hiring employees without a degree
- Strong leadership qualities
- 0-5 years of work experience
Considering this is an entry-level sales position, we are looking for more minimal experience. We offer training for all entry-level employees that begin with Avante Partners.
