AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR TECH. M-F 8 AM-5 PM   BUSY INDEPENDENT REPAIR SHOP.

  • Undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles
  • Undertake a wide range of servicing and repair work on vehicles
  • Advise and report on vehicle faults and servicing requirements noticed while working on vehicles, including future servicing/repair requirements
  • Carry out scheduled vehicle service and repair work, in accordance with the manufacturer technical standards
  • Work to service and repair vehicles with the customer in mind at all times
  • Carry out service and repair work on motor vehicles of all types to the highest standard within the scheduled times
  • Confirm vehicle conformity to manufacturer standards before delivery to customers
  • Carrying out efficient and effective diagnosis, service and repair to customers vehicles
  • Install vehicle components in accordance with the manufacturer's methodology
  • Troubleshoot defective equipment and customer repairs
  • Ensuring achieve the required repair standards carry out all aspects of Motor vehicle refurbishment ranging from straight forward Smart repair/Bodywork/Mechanical repairs
  • Interpret instructions from the job card/repair order, following all documented quality procedures and complying with repair instructions
  • Understand a vehicle's condition
  • Set high standards for quality and quantity; monitors and maintain quality and productivity
  • Carry out scheduled vehicle service and repair work, in accordance with the manufacturer technical standards
  • Maintain and upkeep all workshop tools and equipment
  • Develop structural body repair procedures on prototype & pre-production built vehicles as per customer requirement guidelines
  • Maintain equipment and comply with on the job safety standards
  • Move from mainstream repair and maintenance
  • Done and tests carried out, and to immediately report any further work required or vehicle faults
