Leading Edge Auto Body has been serving the Greater Baltimore community for over 16 years. As our business is growing we are now looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to become part of our team.

Job Duties:

  • Entering body shop service information into computer system with all orders and estimates.

  • Communicating with customers and insurance companies on status of repairs and supplements

  • Entering all accounts receivable information

  • Collecting payments from customers and insurance companies

  • Assisting body shop estimators and customers with walk around inspections

  • As needed, processing payments using credit card machine/ handling cash/ using software to record the transactions

  • Other administrative office duties as needed

  • Keeping the Office Space Organized and Clean

Job Requirements :

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Ability to use keyboard (35wpm), telephone, paging system

  • Ability to use a word processing program and spreadsheet

  • Experience with the CCC body shop software is a plus

  • Previous Body Shop Experience a Plus


$16-$25 per hour based on skill/experience with overtime available.

  • Maintaining administrative and clerical files
  • Perform general office support and administrative assistance
  • Perform administrative and office support activities
  • Perform administrative tasks such as mail
  • Performing general clerical and administrative duties
