Alphanumeric Systems is hiring a Northeast Team Lead in Philadelphia, PA to oversee operational functions of a technical team.  
The PC Support Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and operations of the Northeast team while assisting the Service Manager. The Team Lead serves as mentor, oversees development and training and ensures technician skills stay current and applicable. Team Lead will consistently focus on process improvement, efficiencies and service optimizations.  This role is responsible for ensuring established processes are adhered to and will be the escalation point of contact
  • Requires PC system hardware experience in a LAN environment, strong understanding of Windows operating systems, experience with all Microsoft Office Products as well as troubleshooting experience.
  • Oversees day to day performance and provides coaching and training to multi-level technicians.
  • Requires a strong commitment to Customer Service.
  • Serves as a liaison with organization leadership for technology related issues, guidance and questions.
  • Experience delivering services which adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) while monitoring Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s).
  • Proactively contributes to the alignment of customers priorities and strategic vision by offering continuous service improvements and optimizations.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and telephone etiquette.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work well with a minimal amount of supervision.
  • Must provide a high level of interfacing with co-workers and communicate effectively with the clients, IT personnel and management.
  • Preferred education/experience – Six years relevant experience OR 4 years relevant experience and an associate degree in a Technical Discipline or related field.
