Individual must have experience managing a metal distribution company as well as chemical sales. Daily, the manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, reviewing all quotes and orders,  developing new business opportunities, and providing ideas for company expansion. Individual would be responsible for managing the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department. He/she would be expected to make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, and justifiable with industry standards; monitor the department and establish feedback procedures; prepare daily sales and activity reports to measure company productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness; and communicate regularly with the president of the company. 

-Managerial experience for 3 years in the metals and chemicals industry

-Must have knowledge of metal anode and chemical products

-Demonstrate knowledge of basic economics

-Practice high levels of confidentiality 

-Must have organizational management skills

-Must be organized, responsible, and motivated

-Must obtain leadership qualities and a positive attitude

-Communicate effectively

-Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

-10% travel necessary

-Bachelor's degree required
