We were recently engaged to identify a Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager for an expanding organization boasting almost 50 years of success in beautiful Washington State! A rare opportunity for a financial leader to serve as a direct & strategic advisor to the executive leadership team.

The Richmond Group USA is looking for an accomplished Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager to join this private organization, who truly values their employees. If you are a dynamic accounting professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, then this opportunity will set you up for life.

As this company continues to evolve and outgrow its existing systems and processes, this person will really be able to define what the role becomes and how it will impact the continued growth of the organization.

If you have the following, you owe it to yourself to explore this unique opportunity:

  • 10 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution and/or construction + public accounting exp, CPA/ MBA preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, MBA preferred.
  • Experience with full cycle accounting, evaluating and developing internal controls, working with metrics to most effectively advise what needs to occur for financial prosperity.
  • Advanced technology understanding, preferably with in-depth relational database knowledge and experience. Ability to get hands-on with data, SQL, and reporting tools (Power BI, Power Query, etc.).
  • Experience managing ERP strategy for Finance with ongoing responsibility for system effectiveness. Prior involvement with an ERP implementation is very important!
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions. Superior communication skills, including managing employee development.
