Title: Sr Receptionist & Switchboard.MS Ops
Location: Schaumburg, IL 60196

Job Description:
• Two positions available.
• One position will be 7am-4pm and the other will be 9am-6pm.
• 1 hr lunch for both.
• Some of the duties and qualifications we are looking for are: Demonstrate professional customer service.
• Professional verbal, email and written communication.
• Greet employees and visitors.
• Create visitor badges.
• Log number of visitors that approach the reception desk.
• Present great communication skills to team members and management.
• Notify employees when visitors arrive to escort them into the building.
• Ability to sit at the reception desk all day with the exception of breaks and lunches.
• Answer incoming switchboard phone calls and route appropriately.
• Complete fulfillment tasks such as preparing address labels, prepare letters for mailing, etc.
• Business professional attire, Black blazer.
• Free parking available.
• We are practicing social distancing, masks are required at all times with the exception of eating and drinking, wiping down work areas and washing hands throughout the day, hand sanitizing stations and disinfectant wipes are available, etc.

Responsibilities:
• HR Job Description: Typically Required: Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of prior switchboard experience.
• MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated organizational and communications skills Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level Work assignments are diversified.
• Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction – prepare, provide and convey diversified information Minimal physical effort required.
• Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.).
• Moderate dexterity – regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
• Provides exceptional service to the business by greeting/assisting all visitors and answering and transferring incoming calls from all over the United States.
• Greets the public.
• Distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc.
• Issues facility access cards to employees.
• Schedules meeting rooms for all.
• Answers and transfers calls from all over the United States.
• Participates enthusiastically in company and community service events.
• Performs light Administrative duties.
• Performs PC Support and Administrative duties as needed.
• Acts as a model for Vision, Values, and Mission.
• Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams.
• Responsible for the timely updates of company phone and speed dial lists.
• Responsible for issuing of the Company Loaner Cell Phones.
• Assists Administration or any other team when needed for various tasks (envelope labels, compiling manuals, etc.).
• Understands other work areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
