**We are currently working with a Metals Fabricator, they provide parts to the Aerospace, Medical, and Electronics industries and adhere to ISO 9001 and AS 9100 Quality Management Systems. Due to, rapid growth, they are hiring a QC Inspector. This is a Monday to Friday, 40-hour per week opportunity.

Provider Call Center Representatives act a liaison for the providers.  Providers call in with claim status questions, payment issues, and remittance and reimbursement advice and updates to their claims appeals process.



The ideal candidate would have 1 years of Healthcare Call Center experience. The minimum requirement would be a candidate with 2 years of Call Center experience (any industry) with 2 years of healthcare industry experience (like working in a Doctors office or medical clinic).


 

 


Job requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of Healthcare Call Center experience
    • Or 2 years of Call Center experience (any industry) with 2 years of healthcare industry experience
    • Ideal candidate would have over 2 years of Healthcare Call Center experience.
  • Basic MS Office/computer skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication verbal/written skills preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare and / or Medi-CAL preferred
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test per healthcare federal and state regulations
