Our locally owned Home Instead operates three office locations - Chicago, Skokie & Des Plaines.

As the Recruiter, you will coordinate tasks and report to the Recruitment & Human Resources Director and be responsible for each candidate’s experience and administrative processes associated with the application process.

The Recruiter will coordinate recruitment efforts for two of our offices while work at both our Chicago and Skokie office locations. Qualified candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and prioritize work, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, build relationships, presentation skills, and have proficiency in Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Google Docs. Your valuable contributions will support the Human Resources department and the overall business mission.


  • A competitive hourly wage of $17 - $18 ph

Required Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of Human Resources or Recruitment experience.
  • Strong computer and verbal skills are required – must pass skills testing.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
