Graduate of a practical nursing program for LPN/LVN and has a current license as a LPN in the state of Oklahoma
At least 1200 hours of experience as an LPN or completion of the Office's preceptor program.
Able to work in the community, drive and meet patients in their home
Able to electronically chart
