A fantastic newly created position has arisen within our company. We are looking for a dynamic individual to part of the team within the Customer Service and Sales & Service department.

The primary responsibilities:

  • Drive the company’s sales and marketing operations for our client.

  • Identify opportunities to further improve sales and customer satisfaction through the analytical support of these departments.

  • Support the development of analysts within the sales team.

  • Take ownership of sales initiatives; liaising with customers and control delivery of service.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to make a significant difference within a well-established and rapidly growing company. This is a pivotal role with exposure to departmental leaders across the organization so it presents an opportunity to lead through collaboration as well an opportunity to further develop sales and analytical and management skills within the team.

Analysis & Insight

  • Proactively and collaboratively develop sales Insights to support Customer Service Operations

  • Identify, quantify and prioritize opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and maximize sales and improve customer satisfaction

  • Apply excellent sales analytical ability to ensure the highest standards of analysis and reporting are delivered across the team

Project Management

  • Take ownership for initiatives and deliver through self and others

  • Maintain good standards of project management throughout all phases of the sales lifecycle

  • Responsible for resource and work-flow planning and tracking within their team

Team Skills

  • Coaching responsibilities across wider sales teams

  • Role-models positive behaviors and values

  • Provision of support, guidance

Business Development

  • Drive continual improvement of existing sales processes


  • Strategic understanding of our client

  • Customer experience, customer journeys, segmentation, profiling, and modeling

  • Implementation of sales strategies/initiatives

Requirements role:

  • No direct sales experience required!

  • A flair for innovation

  • Having a degree is desirable however full training is provided

  • General intelligence e.g. ability to use initiative and sales analytical skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong Leadership capabilities

  • Results and solutions-oriented focused on delivery and process improvement

  • Ability to work both autonomously and with a team

  • Enthusiastic self-starter

  • Graduate degree
  • Innovative but structured thinker

  • Adaptable to change and ambiguity
