DMC Atlanta is currently hiring for an entry level Sales Representative in the Atlanta area. Sales experience or account management is a plus but is not required. We have a solid training program. We currently have over 70 offices in 20+ states and are still looking for motivated and driven people! We have signed a contract and have opened MORE stores, so that means more opportunity our for our team!

*Competitive pay ranging from $10-$21 an hour starting off, pay increases are due to commission and bonuses and based on individual performance.*
Responsibilities for our retail sales representatives, we provide full training in:
- Acquiring quality customers for our Fortune 500 & 100 clients
- Creating brand awareness for our client’s target audience
- Sales and marketing
- Entry level account management and brand management
- Developing sales skills and enhancing sales skills
- Creating a positive buying experience
- Sales presentations
- Understanding up to date product knowledge
We train top performers in our development program which covers:
- Sales and marketing
- Public speaking
- Leadership development
- Account management
- Team development and management
- Time management systems
- Office management
- Business development

- A 4-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, Human Resources, General Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Business Communications, or International Business are preferred; however, we have successful team members without those specific focuses.
- If you do not have a 4-year degree, you must have 1-2 years in business, sales, and marketing, management, or a people related industry
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- You must pass a background check
