Senior Analyst

Our client is one of the world’s largest investment and advisory firms focused exclusively on providing sophisticated, creative investment expertise to a select group of clients. They need a senior analyst that will maintain and develop performance reporting process, as well as provide support to internal consultants and other business partners. You will need to ensure you have the efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy in the preparation and delivery of client firm level reports. You'll manage and coordinate data collection from Investment Managers and custodians with an emphasis on importing, reconciling, transforming, and validating data for use across departments. This position will establish client accounts on reporting system and manage the reconciliation of return information collected from multiple sources. Their clients include HNW investors and institutional clients.

The right candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, experience with accounting systems such as balancing accounts, captial changes, income tracking, contribution/withdrawal tracking. The preferred candidate will have strong knowledge of investment products.

Must have attention to detail, team oriented, and proficient with Microsoft skills is required(pivot tables, functions, & formulas). Experience using Advent APX is a plus!
