Platform Support and Development
Own the tasks of understanding the functionality, componentry, system flow and technology infrastructure (API, Microservices, AWS) of an enterprise grade platform built using Microservices architecture with wide-ranging Cloud and OnPrem systems integrations
Demonstrate detailed, proactive ownership for supported applications, including configurations, monitoring, documentation and process improvement.
Have the capability to conduct code analysis, perform defect fixes, and deployment of fixes to the relevant environments
Partner with the development and DevOps teams to facilitate maintaining the SLAs around availability, uptime, performance, and service delivery
Consult with business and technology leadership teams to enable proper tracking and governance across the overall platform support – applications, data, and infrastructure
Plan for necessary security, compliance, and regulatory aspects in supporting the platform platforms and manage to the development plan and timelines.
Conduct in-depth analysis of system outages and data across multiple dimensions (Server statistics, Application runtime statistics, Deadlocks, Logging data, Streaming analytics, Integration failures etc.) to conduct root cause analysis with due emphasis on reducing future errors.
Work closely with Client Partner, Architects, Domain and delivery leads to establish and implement plans to improve service efficiency through reuse libraries, Proof-of-concepts, and automation of repeat manual tasks
Hands-on engineer with 3-5+ years of application development and support experience with exposure to working in Fortune 500 companies.
Demonstrated experience in developing the core framework and modules for a full stack Microservices-based software implementation
A good understanding of security, database (NoSQL, SQL), inter-service communication, logging and caching capabilities.
§ Hands-on experience with IT systems and Connected Care solutions in the Lifesciences and Healthcare (Payer/Provider/Pharmacy) domain.
